• Only Sports Bets with odds of 1.5 or higher, along with eligible slots and casino games, count toward turnover requirements.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, tk5777 reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bonus.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity at tk5777:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless the event itself is cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, bets will be refunded or the result will be marked as void.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a system error, tk5777 reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct odds.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining legs are used to settle the bet.
• In the event of a disconnection during a Live Casino game, the outcome will be determined based on the game history.
• We reserve the right to void any winnings resulting from a system error or technical malfunction.

For cricket betting: if a match is not completed, the result will be determined in accordance with the applicable international rules. If a match is abandoned, all bets will be refunded.

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• Providing false information during registration or submitting fraudulent documents for KYC verification.
• If you have security concerns — such as suspicious login activity.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the Support team. Before closure, any main balance (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn.
